It is unclear who invented Crocs charms. The rhinestones and beads were added by Sheri Schmelzer, a Denver woman who sold her business to Crocs in 2009 for $10 million. Sheri had already started making the adornments and used clay and a variety of motifs to decorate the shoes. yoda
